Check out my fondant & buttercream cake designs. The main difference between the two is design capability. Fondant is a thin sugar dough that can produce a “seamless” look, intricate designs, and 3D figures that buttercream typically cannot do. Buttercream can produce a more natural or classic finish. Fondant is dry to the touch, and works better in most climates. Buttercream is not dry to the touch, and it’s more delicate; but most prefer the taste & texture over fondant. Both can produce equally beautiful cakes, so it’s all a matter of which designs you’re going for.

I require a minimum of 2 weeks notice for custom cakes. Typically, my calendar is booked out at least 6-8 weeks; see inquiry page for details. Please inquire via e-mail ASAP to see if I’m available, however, I do not hold dates. Deposits are required to secure your booking.
