When I established this business in 2013, my focus was French macarons, and I had the wonderful opportunity to sell my desserts through a local Filipino bakery & restaurant for about two years. This really helped me to perfect my recipes by getting feedback often.
Cake decorating feeds my creative and entrepreneurial soul. Custom cakes are my favorite because I consider them to be edible art pieces that define a party theme or occasion. I’m self-taught, but my experience from a young age in my family’s restaurant businesses, to my professional background in apparel product development have given me an eye for detail & an artistic flair that I apply to each piece I create.
Currently, I have very limited availability because I’m a full-time mom of two toddlers, and I do all baking and decorating by myself. When you book me, you’re not just getting a cake, you’re getting my time, talent and creativity. My goal is to WOW you and your guests!
