Chocolate Easter Egg Nests – Tutorial Tuesday

Chocolate Easter Egg Nests: My 1st #TutorialTuesday!

My 1st #TutorialTuesday!💛 Chocolate Easter Egg Nests, which are super easy to do & perfect for this weekend.💐 Ingredients: makes 15+ 4 oz milk chocolate 3 tbsp butter 1 tbsp corn syrup 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa Handful of mini marshmallows 4 cups of cocoa rice cereal or crushed shredded wheat cereal Mini chocolate Easter eggs for decorating 1) Place cupcake liners in a muffin pan 2) Melt butter, chocolate, marshmallows, corn syrup & cocoa in a small pan over gentle heat, stirring constantly until combined. Remove from heat. 3) Have cereal in a large bowl & pour a small amount of the mixture & fold gently. Continue adding contents to cereal a little at a time just until it's well-coated. You shouldn't see any extra sauce, some cereals soak up more sauce than others so adjust sauce or cereal. It will be a looser version of Rice Krispy treats. 4) Spoon the combined mixture into cupcake liners & form a dip in the center to form nests. Chill in the refrigerator until set ~30 mins. 5) Remove from paper liners & fill with chocolate eggs. Enjoy! 💛#MMCBakes #happyeaster #eastersweets #easterdesserts🌷🌻🌸
